Refund & Credit Policy

Because our products are perishable frozen raw pet food, Benny’s Raw Dog Food does not accept returns.

However, if there is an issue with your order, you may request a store credit within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery or pickup.

Store Credit 

If the request is approved, a store credit will be issued to your Benny’s Raw Dog Food account. Store credit may be used toward a future purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of frozen raw pet food, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Benny’s Raw Dog Food is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by customers.

Delivery Orders

All orders are delivered frozen or picked up frozen. Once the order has been delivered or picked up, proper storage and handling becomes the customer’s responsibility.
